Your visit
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or embedded maps. Its fonts and property photos are hosted with the website. The hosting service may process standard technical logs, such as your IP address, request time and browser information, to deliver and maintain the website.
Direct enquiries
When you choose accommodation and dates on another page, those selections and your guest count are temporarily kept in this browser tab to prefill the contact form. They are read once and removed when the contact page opens; selections older than 30 minutes are ignored. Your name, email and message are not included in this transfer. If browser storage is unavailable, only your accommodation choice is passed in the contact link.
The enquiry builder prepares an email using the name, email address, dates, guest count and message you enter. It runs in your browser and does not save or submit these details to the website’s server. You can review the message before opening your email application. An enquiry is sent only when you send that email yourself.
When we receive your email or phone enquiry, we use the information you provide to answer your questions, prepare a quote and arrange your requested stay. This is for steps you ask us to take before a booking and, where a booking is made, to fulfil that booking. We retain correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry or stay and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Please avoid including payment-card details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
External services
Map links open Google Maps, subject to Google’s own privacy policy. The local guide links to independent tourism websites, which have their own privacy policies. Opening your email application uses the email provider you choose. These services are only opened when you follow the relevant link or button.
